All lots are guaranteed genuine and as described.
No commission will be charged for executing bids. Mail or telephone bids will be accepted from customers known to us. Unknown bidders must deposit 25% of their bids. Deposits not used will be immediately refunded.
All bids must be received on or before Monday, July 7, 1980, and any telephone bids before 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, and at our South Salem telephone number (914) 533-2661. Preference is given to the first mail bid received in the case of identical bids.
Lots will be awarded at 10% above the next highest mail bidder. Mailing of lots will take place via insured or registered mail as promptly as the magnitude of the sale allows. Postage and insurance or registry fees are paid by the buyer. Lots delivered in New York State are subject to the appropriate sales tax.
Title remains with Alex G. Malloy, Inc., until items are paid for in full. No lots may be returned without permission.
We cannot be responsible for any errors in bidding. Please make sure each bid is correct.
